A. Waverly Gardens consists of 86 one-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments.
Q. Who can live here?
A. Potential Waverly Gardens residents are preferably 62 years of age or older, related to a Waverly Woods resident, a current or former Howard County employee, or currently live or work in Howard County. If single, household income minimum is $17,000 and cannot exceed $42,420. If a couple, household income minimum is $17,000 and cannot exceed $48,480.
Q. What do I pay for?
A. In addition to their rent, residents are responsible for their electric, gas, telephone, and high speed internet/cable service. Hot water is provided.
Q. Are pets welcome?
A. We could never separate you from your little loved ones, even if they have paws or feathers! Just adhere to some basic pet regulations.
