A. Waverly Gardens participates in a tax-credit program to provide affordable housing to household whose incomes fall within a pre-determined range.

1 Bedroom:
Minimum Income $45,468.00, Maximum Income: $51,360.00

2 Bedroom:
Minimum Income $54,648.00, Maximum Income: $58,680.00

*12-month lease term is required

Q. What do I pay for?
A. In addition to their rent, residents are responsible for their electric, water, telephone, and high speed internet/cable service. Landlord pays for gas and trash removal.

Q. Are pets welcome?
A. We could never separate you from your little loved ones, even if they have paws or feathers! Just adhere to some basic pet regulations.

- One pet per apartment home is allowed with maximum weight of 25 lbs
- One time pet fee is $500.00
- Monthly pet rent is $30.00
