Waverly Gardens provides a variety of active senior and assisted living programs and services. From a computer lounge where we offer one on one computer instruction to a convenient shopping center we make things happen for you.
At your Service
You won’t have a butler at Waverly Gardens, but the experience won’t be far from it. The focus here is on your quality of life. And since every resident is at least 62 years old, we can cater specifically to the needs of the active older adult.
Within the Waverly Gardens community, our professional management team is at your service.
• We offer one-on-one computer instruction in our computer lounge.
• Residents can take the Silver Line to places like downtown Columbia and Ellicott City.
• Neighbor Ride and (HT) Howard Transit ride are also both available.
Disabled residents will find assistance through the Office of Aging Tenant Services Coordinator who provides in-home care, mental health services and fall-prevention activities. Senior Center Plus, in Ellicott City, is also available to residents of Waverly Gardens.

Storage
Waverly Gardens offers multiple storage options so your things can remain in your home. To begin with, each apartment features spacious closets with substantial space to stow your belongings. And should you find that more space is needed, lock rooms with individual storage units are available, as well as additional storage space in the lower level. Waverly Gardens provides the storage space necessary to fit your lifestyle.
Activities
In addition to Waverly Gardens' card rooms, movie theatre and computer lounge, Waverly Gardens works with the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks to bring residents a wide variety of classes, such as floral arranging, ballroom dancing and herbal therapy.
Security
As an active senior, security should be your last worry, but it is often your first. That’s why Waverly Gardens has made sure to provide you with the protection you want.
You can feel safe and secure in our secured-access facility. The building also features an intercom system connecting your apartment to the building’s front door as well as an internal camera system. And each apartment features Saflok® technology to protect your private space. The Saflok® boasts a one inch saw-proof deadbolt and an identification platform – programmed to be opened by your resident key.
